Our expectations from you

  • Understanding of business administration
  • Enthusiasm for organizational activities
  • Independent and conscientious way of working as well as high motivation and willingness to learn new topics
  • First user knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • German at native speaker level and very good English skills

Your tasks

  • General office duties: Answering, processing and conducting telephone calls, handling correspondence via letters and e-mail, administrative tasks.
  • Supporting the recruitment process: reviewing documents, communicating with applicants, appointment management
  • Overarching activities in the area of 'Social Media' (Xing, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Maintenance of the intranet portal via Microsoft SharePoint
  • Representation of synvert at external (online and face-to-face) events as well as networking
  • Support of the accounting department
