To strengthen our grow­ing synvert team we are look­ing for a Tele Sales Rep­re­sen­ta­tive (m/f/d) for the loca­tions Mün­ster (GER) or Baden-Dät­twil (CH).

Our expectations from you

  • Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience (also during your studies) in inside sales, tele-sales or IT sales for products requiring explanation in the B2B environment.
  • You are a telephone professional, enjoy making phone calls, you are convincing on the phone and service oriented.
  • You have the ability and interest to familiarize yourself with complex services and consulting products.
  • You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship or even successfully completed a university degree (FH, Hochschule) in the field of computer science or business informatics.
  • You are open-minded, results-oriented, organized and love to achieve agreed goals.
  • You speak German as good as your mother tongue and possibly even Swiss German. Fluent in writing and speaking/Good communication skills in English are also required. Knowledge of French would be an advantage.

Your tasks

  • Conducting (initial) telephone contacts to identify contact persons, generating and qualifying leads
  • Explaining synvert products in a customer context by phone, initiating presentation appointments
  • Follow-up phone calls to downloaders of our whitepapers or readers of our Big Data blog
  • Handover of generated sales opportunities to our key account management
  • Presentation of synvert at trade fairs and events
