Where can I find your prices?

Webi­nars are pro­vided at no cost, while the fees for sem­i­nars can be found indi­vid­u­ally in each of the avail­able sessions.

How do I participate in an online webinar?

To par­tic­i­pate in our online webi­nars, you will need a device (such as a PC, lap­top, or tablet) with an up-to-date web browser like the lat­est ver­sion of Google Chrome or Mozilla Fire­fox, a speaker or head­phones, and a sta­ble inter­net con­nec­tion. Our webi­nars use the “gotowe­bi­nar” plat­form, which is browser-based and gen­er­ally does­n’t require any addi­tional soft­ware installation.

Can I contact you for clarification of technical problems even after the webinar has ended?

Yes, our speak­ers are avail­able to all webi­nar par­tic­i­pants for brief tech­ni­cal ques­tions on the spe­cific webi­nar con­tent; for fre­quent ques­tions or spe­cific issues, time will be billed at the usual indus­try rate, to be agreed upon in each case. Please describe your issue by email and, if nec­es­sary, include any infor­ma­tion you have already received, or con­tra­dic­tory state­ments from spe­cial­ist lit­er­a­ture. We will then for­ward your inquiry to the rel­e­vant spe­cial­ist, who will con­tact you as soon as pos­si­ble in writ­ing, by email or by telephone.

Can I get the full webinar documentation without participating in the event?

In prin­ci­ple, yes. Please request what you need.
