To strengthen our growing synvert team we are looking for a Big Data Senior Consultant (m/f/d) for the locations Münster (GER) or Baden-Dättwil (CH).
You want to contribute your expertise to satisfy our customers?
Our expectations from you
- Successfully completed university studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration with an IT focus or in a scientific-mathematical field
- Sound know-how in object-oriented programming with Java and at least one scripting language
- Extensive knowledge of the Hadoop core technology
- Experience with Hadoop distributions such as Hortonworks or Cloudera
- Extensive knowledge of business intelligence relevant processes
- Fluent German & good English skills
- Professional appearance with strong customer orientation
- Enthusiasm
Your tasks
- Challenging projects in process and development of innovative concepts and implementation of sophisticated consulting solutions based on the Hadoop framework
- Selection and deployment of appropriate Hadoop components to solve customer specific requirements
- Analysis of customer requirements along the entire value chain
- Support with requests for proposals
- (Partial) project management for customers
