To participate in our online webinars, you will need a device (such as a PC, laptop, or tablet) with an up-to-date web browser like the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, a speaker or headphones, and a stable internet connection. Our webinars use the “gotowebinar” platform, which is browser-based and generally doesn’t require any additional software installation.
Yes, our speakers are available to all webinar participants for brief technical questions on the specific webinar content; for frequent questions or specific issues, time will be billed at the usual industry rate, to be agreed upon in each case. Please describe your issue by email and, if necessary, include any information you have already received, or contradictory statements from specialist literature. We will then forward your inquiry to the relevant specialist, who will contact you as soon as possible in writing, by email or by telephone.
