Independent supervision of working students and mini-job employees
HR administration, e.g. preparation of employment contracts and reference letters
Personnel development, e.g. organizing internal training sessions and supporting the selection of training and further education programs

Applicant management
Support during the onboarding process
What do we expect from you?
- You are studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field
- Interest in marketing and human resources
- Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational talent
- German and English: fluent (C1) spoken and written
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel): very good skills
- Regular presence in the office (min. twice per week)
