Sales Enablement Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Development and creation of sales materials such as presentations (PowerPoint), product sheets, one-pagers, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Transforming complex technical content into precise, sales-oriented texts and visual formats
  • Producing and maintaining marketing and sales content for the website, campaigns, social media (especially LinkedIn), and other touchpoints
  • Developing and optimizing content templates, sales kits, and enablement materials to support the sales team
  • Ensuring a consistent visual and content-related brand presence across all created materials
  • Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing as well as our consulting teams and, if applicable, external service providers

What do we expect from you?

  • Completed studies or vocational training in marketing, media design, content creation, communication design, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in creating sales and marketing content, ideally in a B2B or IT/technology environment
  • Hands-on experience in content development, visualizing complex topics, and structured storytelling
  • Proficient use of O365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel) as well as tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar content/design tools
  • Strong ability to quickly understand technical content and translate it into coherent, application-oriented materials
  • Creativity and a strong sense for design, structure, and clear messaging
  • Language skills:
    • German: C1–C2
    • English: B2–C1
