We’re looking for an AI Engineer to help shape and deliver impactful AI solutions, from early exploration to production at scale.
You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering and modern AI, designing systems that leverage state-of-the-art generative AI, machine learning, and agentic patterns to solve real-world problems.
You’ll contribute to defining how we apply AI across domains, building solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with long-term architectural and product goals.

- Design and deliver AI-powered systems, including LLM-based applications, intelligent workflows, and ML-driven features.
- Build scalable and production-ready AI architectures, integrating modern AI capabilities into existing systems and products.
- Apply advanced GenAI patterns such as rag, skills, and agentic workflows where appropriate.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify high-impact use cases and turn them into real solutions.
- Ensure AI systems are robust, observable, and reliable, with clear evaluation, monitoring, and performance practices.
- Support the transition from experimentation to production, balancing speed with quality and maintainability.
- Stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI developments and contribute to their thoughtful adoption.
Was erwarten wir von Dir?
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production software systems, ideally with exposure to AI/ML-driven features.
- Solid understanding of modern AI concepts, including LLMs, embeddings, retrieval systems, and agentic design patterns.
- Strong engineering skills (e.g., Python or Node.js) and experience building scalable backend services.
- Experience designing systems that handle real-world constraints such as performance, reliability, and cost.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into practical AI solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with GenAI systems at scale, including evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with multimodal AI or advanced ML use cases.
- Exposure to MLOps or LLMOps practices.
