Education & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- +7years of experience in Data Science or AI roles
- +2 years of experience leading teams and managing end-to-end project delivery
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Strong experience leading end-to-end project delivery, technical design, and stakeholder management in client-facing environments
- Expert programming skills in Python and strong hands-on experience with AI / ML frameworks and production AI ecosystems
- Deep understanding of Statistics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and the design of production-grade intelligent systems
- Strong expertise in architecting and delivering scalable AI applications, including APIs, services, pipelines, orchestration, deployment, and monitoring
- Strong software engineering knowledge covering architecture patterns, code quality, testing strategy, CI/CD, observability, resilience, security, and long-term maintainability
- Advanced knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices, including deployment, model and application monitoring, evaluation frameworks, governance, feedback loops, and lifecycle management
- Broad understanding of modern AI solution types such as machine learning models, forecasting, recommendation systems, optimization, AI agents, RAGand LLM-based applications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and strategic direction
- Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proactive, team player, and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments
