Change management is a task with many facets that is usually taken on by organizational development within the company. However, current IT topics such as data & analytics, AI, cloud usage and apps are increasingly becoming drivers of change and transformation.
In the webinar “Change management from an IT perspective”, we therefore provide an introduction to the topic from the perspective of IT project management.
