Your tasks
- Management and coordination of IT projects across all phases – from requirements gathering to go-live
- Responsibility for achieving project goals in terms of time, budget, and quality
- Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams (internal & external)
- Acting as an interface between clients, development teams, and management
- Risk and resource management, as well as regular reporting
- Supporting the further development of project management standards and methodologies
What do we expect from you?
- Completed university degree in a STEM field or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in managing IT projects
- Strong technical understanding – e.g. in software development, IT infrastructure, or cloud technologies
- Leadership experience with distributed or cross-functional teams
- Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and a structured approach to work
- Willingness to travel occasionally (depending on project needs)
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
