Data & Ana­lyt­ics Account Man­ager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Serve as the main point of con­tact for a port­fo­lio of key clients
  • Develop and execute stra­tegic account plans aligned with cus­tomer needs and com­pany objectives
  • Gen­er­ate cross-sell and upsell oppor­tun­it­ies to grow account revenue
  • Col­lab­or­ate with internal teams (Deliv­ery, Mar­ket­ing, Oper­a­tions) to ensure qual­ity of ser­vice and main­tain high levels of cli­ent sat­is­fac­tion and retention
  • Identify innov­a­tion and poten­tial offer­ings and accel­er­at­ors within your port­fo­lio of customers
  • Track and report on account per­form­ance met­rics and identify poten­tial risks and pro­act­ively imple­ment mit­ig­a­tion strategies

What do we expect from you?

  • Proven exper­i­ence as an Account Man­ager in a Data & ana­lyt­ics con­sult­ing or pro­fes­sional ser­vices company
  • Deep understanding—and prefer­ably hands-on experience—with data ana­lyt­ics, data plat­forms, cloud archi­tec­ture, and busi­ness intel­li­gence tools
  • Demon­strated abil­ity to develop and execute stra­tegic account plans
  • Strong inter­per­sonal, nego­ti­ation, and com­mu­nic­a­tion skills
  • Com­mer­cial acu­men and abil­ity to identify growth oppor­tun­it­ies in large enterprises
  • Cus­tomer-first mind­set and res­ults-driven approach
