Recap: synvert Innov­a­tion Days in Barcelona

On July 31st and August 1st, the synvert Innov­a­tion Days took place at our Bar­celona office – two days full of ideas, cre­ativ­ity, and for­ward-think­ing innovation.

Our focus: Devel­op­ing solu­tions for our cli­ents’ most press­ing chal­lenges – with a strong emphasis on the stra­tegic use of AI.

The out­come? A hands-on roadmap for how we can drive our cli­ents for­ward with innov­at­ive AI solutions:

🔹 AI Gov­ernance as a Suc­cess Factor: With the EU AI Act, reg­u­lat­ory assur­ance is becom­ing increas­ingly import­ant. We’re devel­op­ing assess­ment tools and gov­ernance frame­works that not only ensure com­pli­ance but also cre­ate a com­pet­it­ive advantage.

🔹 AI Matur­ity Mod­els: We’re stand­ard­iz­ing the eval­u­ation of AI matur­ity and deriv­ing tailored roadmaps – from pilot pro­jects to scal­able rollouts.

🔹 AI-Nat­ive Data Plat­forms: Through an in-depth screen­ing, we iden­ti­fied 39 key fea­tures – 14 of which are already pri­or­it­ized for imme­di­ate imple­ment­a­tion. These are being integ­rated dir­ectly into ongo­ing cli­ent projects.

🔹 Build­ing Trust in AI: To make the qual­ity of AI sys­tems meas­ur­able, we’re devel­op­ing a com­pre­hens­ive test­ing frame­work with quan­ti­fi­able metrics.

A true high­light to close out the event: Our “AI Use Case Battle” – many of the ideas presen­ted are now enter­ing the next phase and will be fur­ther developed in con­crete cli­ent projects.
