What do we expect from you?

  • B Dash­board Design: Cre­ate user-centered scal­able dash­board designs that provide clear, action­able insights while main­tain­ing aes­thetic appeal.
  • Data Visu­al­isa­tion: Trans­late com­plex data­sets into easy-to-under­stand visu­al­iz­a­tions, includ­ing charts, graphs, and other data representations.
  • User Research & Test­ing: Cre­ate per­so­nas, archi­tec­tures, con­duct user research, usab­il­ity tests, and gather feed­back to ensure the best user exper­i­ence for our dash­boards and other data tools.
  • Col­lab­or­a­tion: Work closely with data ana­lysts, data engin­eers, and stake­hold­ers to under­stand data require­ments and busi­ness needs. Be an act­ive mem­ber in design workshops.
  • Pro­to­typ­ing & Wire­fram­ing: Build inter­act­ive wire­frames and pro­to­types for dash­boards and data tools to com­mu­nic­ate design con­cepts effectively.
  • Anim­a­tions: Cre­ate smooth micro-inter­ac­tions anim­a­tions between screens to enhance user experience.
  • UI Con­sist­ency: Respons­ible for cre­at­ing and main­tain­ing design sys­tems to ensure con­sist­ency across all dash­boards and data-driven interfaces.
  • Con­tinu­ous Improve­ment: Stay updated on industry trends and imple­ment new ideas to enhance dash­board designs and improve user engagement.

Your tasks

  • 3+ years of exper­i­ence in UX/UI design, with a focus on cre­at­ing user-friendly inter­faces and data visualizations.
  • Pro­fi­ciency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or sim­ilar for cre­at­ing wire­frames, pro­to­types, and high-fidel­ity mock-ups.
  • Strong port­fo­lio show­cas­ing design pro­jects, includ­ing examples of dash­boards, reports, and inter­act­ive prototypes.
  • Solid under­stand­ing of user-centered design prin­ciples, includ­ing con­duct­ing user research, cre­at­ing per­so­nas, and map­ping user journeys.
  • Excel­lent com­mu­nic­a­tion skills in Eng­lish for col­lab­or­at­ing with cross-func­tional teams and present­ing design con­cepts to stakeholders.
  • Atten­tion to detail and a strong prob­lem-solv­ing mind­set, with the abil­ity to iter­ate on designs based on user feedback.
  • Nice to have: Degree in Graphic Design.
