What do we expect from you?

  • Com­pleted stud­ies in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion, Busi­ness Inform­at­ics, or a com­par­able qualification
  • Good under­stand­ing of ana­lyz­ing busi­ness met­rics and cre­at­ing dash­boards and reports
  • Basic exper­i­ence in pro­cess man­age­ment and busi­ness pro­cess optimization
  • Exper­i­ence in admin­is­ter­ing and optim­iz­ing Sales­force (Kantata SX, formerly Kimble) or sim­ilar sys­tems is an advantage
  • Good exper­i­ence in Excel
  • Inde­pend­ent and solu­tion-ori­ented work­ing style as well as strong com­mu­nic­a­tion skills
  • Flu­ent in both Ger­man and English

Your tasks

  • Ana­lysis of busi­ness met­rics and cre­ation of reports and dashboards
  • Iden­ti­fic­a­tion, ana­lysis, and res­ol­u­tion of tech­nical issues
  • Man­age­ment of user accounts, roles, and permissions
  • Pro­cess optim­iz­a­tion, improve­ment, and fur­ther devel­op­ment of the Kantata (Sales­force) platform
  • Design and test­ing of new fea­tures, upgrades, and patches
  • Col­lab­or­a­tion with other depart­ments such as Mar­ket­ing, Sales, and Finance
  • Har­mon­iz­a­tion of pro­cesses from merged com­pan­ies within the Kantata (Sales­force) platform
  • Con­sult­ing and train­ing of employees
  • Col­lab­or­a­tion with Fin­ance and Pro­ject teams to resolve open items and ensure data con­sist­ency before the period-end closing
  • Exe­cu­tion of period-end clos­ings accord­ing to estab­lished sched­ules and processes
