Prin­cipal Con­sult­ant Azure Cloud Archi­tect / Engin­eer (m/f/d)

• >6 years of exper­i­ence in Cloud / Data Engin­eer­ing area (AWS or Azure)
• Exper­i­ence with man­aging pro­jects as well as hands-on imple­ment­a­tion of the Cloud/ area Data Engin­eer­ing projects
• Excel­lent pro­gram­ming skills (e.g. Java, Python, Spark; object-ori­ented). Any other lan­guage con­sidered a plus
• Strong tech­nical skills in emer­ging data tech­no­lo­gies, espe­cially in the big data areas of Azure
• Best Prac­tices in design­ing and set­ting up data plat­forms via IaC (with all respect­ive secur­ity related requirements)
• Bach­elor / Master’s degree in Com­puter Sci­ence, Phys­ics, Math­em­at­ics, Inform­a­tion Man­age­ment or in sim­ilar qualification
• Cer­ti­fic­a­tions in Azure: e.g. Asso­ci­ate or Pro­fes­sional or proven record of deliv­er­ing pro­jects with Azure
• Open­ness to occa­sional travel (up to 30% of the time)
• Ger­man, Eng­lish: flu­ent in speak­ing & writing
• Very good present­a­tion and com­mu­nic­a­tion skills
• Abil­ity to Land&Expand
• Coach­ing and ment­or­ing skills

• Lead roles (e.g., IT-Archi­tect, Tech Lead, Prin­cipal Con­sult­ant) in data-driven IT pro­jects focused on Azure cloud engin­eer­ing, includ­ing pro­ject man­age­ment and imple­ment­a­tion, while build­ing strong cus­tomer rela­tion­ships through excel­lent ser­vice delivery.
• Land & Expand: Identify oppor­tun­it­ies and risks in pro­jects and suc­cess­fully cre­ate new roles within exist­ing projects.
• Demon­strate excep­tional com­mu­nic­a­tion and present­a­tion skills to effect­ively engage and per­suade cus­tom­ers upon ini­tial interaction.
• Col­lab­or­ate closely with tech part­ners to grow the Azure partnership.
• Apply ana­lyt­ical think­ing to optim­ize internal processes.
• Coach prac­tice mem­bers, driv­ing the suc­cess of the Azure cluster at synvert Data Insights.
• Col­lab­or­a­tion within the synvert group for cloud related topics.
