What do we expect from you?

  • +1 year of exper­i­ence in sales/business oper­a­tions, rev­enue oper­a­tions, busi­ness devel­op­ment sup­port, or a related field.
  • Strong ana­lyt­ical mindset—comfortable work­ing with data to derive insights and optim­ize sales processes.
  • Exper­i­ence work­ing with CRM sys­tems (e.g., Sales­force, Hub­Spot, or equivalent).
  • Great atten­tion to detail—you enjoy keep­ing things struc­tured and organized.
  • Pro­act­ive and solution-oriented—you don’t just flag prob­lems; you pro­pose solutions.
  • Famili­ar­ity with cloud-nat­ive tech­no­lo­gies, DevOps, or AI-driven solu­tions is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong com­mu­nic­a­tion skills in English.

Your tasks

Sales & Busi­ness Devel­op­ment Support

  • Own and man­age the early stages of the sales and busi­ness devel­op­ment funnel—from qual­i­fy­ing inbound and out­bound leads to ensur­ing seam­less han­dovers to the sales team.
  • Research and map poten­tial cus­tom­ers, ana­lyz­ing indus­tries and mar­ket trends to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Main­tain accur­ate and up-to-date records in the CRM, track­ing inter­ac­tions, oppor­tun­it­ies, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in Mar­ket­ing & Acquis­i­tion Cam­paigns by track­ing lead gen­er­a­tion and cam­paign per­form­ance as well as help man­age multi-chan­nel out­reach efforts (LinkedIn, email, events, etc.).
  • Help with Account Man­age­ment & Cli­ent Engage­ment, onboard­ing new cli­ents and track­ing their engagement.

Report­ing & Insights

  • Build and main­tain sales and busi­ness reports, track­ing key met­rics such as con­ver­sion rates, lead qual­ity, and pipeline performance.
  • Provide insights that help optim­ize our out­reach strategy, improv­ing effi­ciency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with lead­er­ship to refine sales tar­gets and fore­cast rev­enue trends.

Pro­cess Optim­iz­a­tion & Operations

  • Identify bot­tle­necks in our pro­cesses and sug­gest ways to improve efficiency.
  • Work cross-func­tion­ally with mar­ket­ing, product, and engin­eer­ing teams to ensure smooth com­mu­nic­a­tion and align­ment across departments.
  • Assist in tool and sys­tem improve­ments, ensur­ing our sales and busi­ness pro­cesses are scal­able and well-documented.
