Growth Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

What do we expect from you?
- +1 year of experience in sales/business operations, revenue operations, business development support, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data to derive insights and optimize sales processes.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Great attention to detail—you enjoy keeping things structured and organized.
- Proactive and solution-oriented—you don’t just flag problems; you propose solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, DevOps, or AI-driven solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Your tasks
Sales & Business Development Support
- Own and manage the early stages of the sales and business development funnel—from qualifying inbound and outbound leads to ensuring seamless handovers to the sales team.
- Research and map potential customers, analyzing industries and market trends to identify high-value opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, tracking interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Assist in Marketing & Acquisition Campaigns by tracking lead generation and campaign performance as well as help manage multi-channel outreach efforts (LinkedIn, email, events, etc.).
- Help with Account Management & Client Engagement, onboarding new clients and tracking their engagement.
Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain sales and business reports, tracking key metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and pipeline performance.
- Provide insights that help optimize our outreach strategy, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with leadership to refine sales targets and forecast revenue trends.
Process Optimization & Operations
- Identify bottlenecks in our processes and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments.
- Assist in tool and system improvements, ensuring our sales and business processes are scalable and well-documented.
