Your tasks

  • Con­sol­id­ate pro­ject status updates from pro­ject man­agers, ensur­ing accur­acy and completeness.
  • Main­tain clear and trans­par­ent com­mu­nic­a­tion chan­nels regard­ing pro­ject status, risks, and issues to stake­hold­ers, includ­ing pro­ject teams, lead­er­ship, and rel­ev­ant departments.
  • Act­ively fol­low up on pending actions from stake­hold­ers, ensur­ing timely res­ol­u­tion and align­ment with pro­ject objectives.
  • Col­lab­or­ate with pro­ject man­agers to identify and mit­ig­ate pro­ject risks, escal­at­ing issues as needed.
  • Develop and main­tain pro­ject doc­u­ment­a­tion, includ­ing status reports, action items, and meet­ing minutes.
  • Provide sup­port and guid­ance to pro­ject man­agers on pro­ject man­age­ment best prac­tices and processes.
  • Coordin­ate reg­u­lar meet­ings and reviews to assess pro­ject pro­gress and address any challenges.
  • Ana­lyse pro­ject data and per­form­ance met­rics to identify trends, oppor­tun­it­ies for improve­ment, and areas requir­ing intervention.
  • Assist in the devel­op­ment and imple­ment­a­tion of pro­ject man­age­ment tools and sys­tems to enhance effi­ciency and effectiveness.
